"Terrible Beautyrest mattress. Salesperson said it was the most firm, he did not tell me that it would only be firm for 6 months and then have a big dip in the center of the mattress. You can tell by the even broomstick that they said to use to show the dip. The center completely indented. Of course, they are not admitting it and will not send a firm replacement because it was 6 months and not 4 months."
