"Always use Walgreens Pharmacy drive-thru... Usually sometimes the weight is 15 minutes or more. Inside is easy and quick sometimes you have to stand in line but you can buy a majority of odds and in this store."
"Make sure to count ALL your pills!!! This pharmacy often gives you the wrong amount of medication. They also often run out of a medications and don't let you know until you call them. Online will say there is an issue but not what it it is. Half the time the blame insurance buts it's just them. When you confront the pharmacy staff about these issues they are rude and downright unprofessional. Anytime I have gone in with an issue there was at least one other person who says they had a similar experience. Not sure how this place is allowed to be open. Update: When you call corporate to complain you are promised a call back, that never happens. I have reported this location multiple times to corporate and nothing, so now I reported them to the state. Go somewhere else if you can."
"About a year ago, I transferred my stuff from CVS to here and maybe I'm just lucky, but so far, they've done a much better job than any CVS within a 15 mile radius. My stuff is always done relatively fast and the pharmacy workers are always nice."
"This pharmacy is hot garbage. They never have your prescription, and when they do it will only be ready at their convenience and you have to hound them. They will try to rip you off unless you question and confront them. They never EVER pick up the phone when called. You'll be on hold for hours and hours."
"Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. Stephanie the ”Manager” for the pharmacy technicians is completely disrespectful and has a DISGUSTING attitude. I waited for 4 1/2 hours to get my daughter’s prescription. Stephanie advised me my insurance would not fill the prescription since it was filled (but canceled) at a different pharmacy, so the other pharmacy would need to call and make sure it’s taken care of (lies she is just VERY lazy and has no patience) Stephanie was laughing on the phone at me, telling me that i am “over reacting” and Also talking about me with her co workers while she thought she “put me on hold” AFTER 4 hours I find out they have been trying to bill the INCORRECT insurance. Corporate has been contacted about Stephanie as I’ve had family members who have left this establishment over her as well. Hopefully something will actually be done about it!"
