"I brought my dog here for a pet health certificate needed to fly. The billing was inconsistent with every other Banfield pet hospital in that in addition to charge for the health certificate, they charged me a $150 professional service fee for the time spent filling out the health certificate. It's been really challenging to get this issue resolved"
"Made an appointment but wasn't giving a time. So when I called to get the time I was told that I didn't have an appointment. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment."
"Everyone was very pleasant. I arrived early as it was my first time going to that location and it was raining heavily. They checked us in and had my cat in for her shots and out in less than 1/2 hours. The Dr. Told me she did very well and made sure to give me an updated record of her vaccinations with a personal note stating she's in good health. Her assistant said Star was a sweetheart. It was a very positive experience."
