"The staff and vets at Anne Arundel Vet ER were amazing. We had to come in for an emergency procedure and they took immediate steps to triage when we arrived. The staff were all kind, empathetic and helpful. The vet that performed the surgery was very communicative and explained our options and post care in great detail. She was very kind throughout this traumatic experience. The costs were estimated beforehand and explained thoroughly. The facility itself was very clean and professional looking. We can’t thank them enough for saving our dogs life. We would trust them with any of our pets needs. Hopefully we never have to go back, but if we do have another emergency we will definitely think of Anne Arundel Vet ER first."

They call immediately when they get new information about what's going on with your pet. You can tell they are really trying to get to the bottom of things, and they understand how much our fur babies mean to us. I will absolutely only be using this hospital going forward. "Unfortunately I had to bring my dog in because he ate something he should not have. I was a mess my pup was scared but the staff was absolutely amazing. Not only did they reassure me and my kids, but Amanda made sure my Archie boy was kept calm and that he felt safe. She took time to talk to us and answer whatever questions my kids asked, making an attempt to reassure them.
