"I stopped in the Staples located at 660 Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg MD on 8/22/23 to make some copies I needed in a hurry. I have not used their system before. The employee Kyle was courteous and professional and was gracious enough to help me out. Since I had hit the wrong buttons, I was about to be charged almost fifty bucks for making eight one-sided copies. Thanks, Kyle for the assist. I am aware of how the (simple) system works now, but he saved me from making a costly mistake while I was figuring it out."
