No explanation, no indication when the rest of my meds will be dispensed. And that's just one prescription. I have three others that are sitting in limbo after 3 days. They don't pick up the phone, they don't care. The old crew was better. The new team is utterly incompetent. Stay far away from this store."
"This used to be the best Walgreens pharmacy, but when the old staff moved away and this new unskilled, unfriendly, unhelpful crew moved in it became the worst ever. Walgreens would be better off closing this location down and releasing the new crew."
"The associate Acacia at the pharmacy is the rudest, nastiest person I have ever encountered. Every time I or a member of my family goes to pick up or refill a prescription, we are greeted with such venom and forget about it if you have a question. This woman can’t be bothered to respond with anything other than a snide response or an eye roll. How does Walgreens allow such terrible customer service in the pharmacy to continue?"
