"I went in one week earlier asking for a colored hair with purple balayage. It was Christy who did my hair. It was my first time getting my hair colored and I had high hopes. Everything was good until I washed my hair. Every time I washed my hair a good chunk of the color came out. One week later, after two washes, my hair is now golden/maroon, where it used to be purple. I used color protectant shampoo and used no heat. $200 dollars went down the drain for a week's worth of colored hair. Very disappointed!"

Terry butchered a color job leaving chunks and streaks on one side, then instead of fixing it, Terry doubled down on her mistake with a nasty attitude and made the client blow out her own hair while Terrible Terry watched and humiliated her client, making her then leave in worse condition. NO ONE STEPPED UP IN THIS DUMP! No one! Do not go here!! They treat their clients like dirt! Shameful Terry, you’re an embarrassment, Terry! Fire Terry!!!"
