"Booked her for 12:30. When I got there, it was someone in the seat. No courtesy text saying she was running late. She had me out in the lobby for an 1 hr 1/2. I would have left if I didn’t have an event that day. No discount , no apology, but if I was late, the appointment would have been cancelled and my security would have been kept or charged a late fee. Then she cut my 800 dollar bundles into 100 pieces. Results were mid. Never again!"

"I booked an appointment for 4:30 pm. She pushed my time back. I didn’t care. But when I showed up she was still working on someone else and didn’t respond to my messages until about 30 minutes later. On her website it stated she does not cut wefts. But my bundles were cut so much I can’t reuse them. I texted her, letting her know how I feel no response. ItsJaiNice 4/10 unless you don’t care about your bundles being cut up."

"Hello, My hair was horrible the next day. My closure lifted, closure had extreme discoloration and she over plucked my closure. When I reached out for her to fix my hair I was totally ignored. IG photo are not accurate to her work. Very unprofessional in how she ignored me."
