"I absolutely LOVE this braiding salon! Everyone was friendly and professional. I brought my 9 year old daughter there to get individuals (her first time ever getting braids)and was pleasantly surprised. I was a little reluctant to leave her because of bad experiences I had as a youth, BUT Wanda (whom I believe to be the owner, who greeted me and and whom did the majority of my daughter's hair) made me feel so comfortable. I wish I had pictures to display the outcome of my daughter's hair, but trust me, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! The absolute best I've seen that was not an advertisement or in a magazine! "I remember getting my braids done at Godwin when I was 5 months pregnant with my son. The braiding is wonderful and they catch everything. My braiding lasted almost a year without a touch up and everyone still said my hair look great.
