"Barton Manor is the only place we will leave our dog, Charlie. After poor experiences with boarding at other venues (Charlie being placed in "timeout" and left in a crate for most of the day, UTI's or some other illness when we bring him home, etc.), Barton Manor's staff provides Charlie with the same love and attention that he would get at home. He's always excited when we get to Barton Manor and practically runs to the door to be let inside. Management is also incredibly flexible with pickup/drop off and understanding when plans change. We recently welcomed our first child into the world and Barton Manor allowed us to cancel/move our boarding appointment without any issues as well as pickup during off-hours due to unforeseen circumstances.
