"My cat has been going to the Internal Medicine department for about a year now. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Lisa, Michael, and Dr Justin are all extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They genuinely care about my best buddy."
"Our Bull Terrier needed to be seen here after an unusual x-ray. The staff here was great; the service prompt. Rosie was given an ultrasound; the vet took plenty of time to talk to me, AND all is well! Although I hope I don’t have to return anytime soon, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for services."
"Dr. Villatoro and the VCA team are incredible! We rescued a dog that had been surrendered after being ran over by a car in West Virginia and we weren’t sure if she would ever walk again. They fit us in for an emergency procedure right away and provided multiple updates during her stay. With the help of the surgeons at Life Center and staff at VCA, Sissy is recovering tremendously and is back to being a happy 1 year old basset. Thank you to all that made this possible!"
"Dr Justin and his team at LVIM are amazing!! We have seen him with a few of our dogs over the past 15 years or so. Our first pup saw him for kidney issues that stemmed from ehrlichia. Our current pup has seen him for pretty significant GI issues. We credit them with saving his life when he first saw them as a puppy (he’s now 4 years old ). Each time, Dr Justin & his team have treated us with care, compassion, professionalism, and have been so loving & sweet with our pup as well! Even during covid times! Thus last visit was unexpected - we were not sure what was causing our pup to be sick (GI sensitivity or intestine blockage). They got us in very fast for an ultrasound and follow on care. Our pup is doing great, no surgery required, and back to his old self. Dr Justin and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and are like private detectives who get to the bottom of things. Thankful for them!!! Highly recommend them!!!!"
"No one likes their pet becoming ill but it's good to know that there's a 24-hour emergency veterinary care available close by. We've taken the number of our cats for emergency care at this facility. How far beloved pets have received excellent care even if it was just to take care of a small tear in their skin or needing to have Emergency Immediate Care in order to save their lives. Sadly, sometimes we've needed their help to cross the Rainbow Bridge. I was greatly touched by how they had sent us a card with our beloved cats pawprints on it. A tender tangible way of remembering our beloved girl. I've attached three photos of our most recent patients at their Clinic. The long-haired gray kitty is my MollyJoy who is currently recovering from dehydration and anemia. She's got some ways to go but she's recovering I hope. The black tabby is my Marble boy who had Feline Urinary Syndrome and needed to have surgery. And the other photo is of my grey short hair cat, MandieJoy, who had contracted cancer and needed help to cross the Rainbow Bridge. She was a bit shy but then all three of these cats are feral rescue kitties with MandieJoy and MollyJoy being littermates and Marble is their great-grandnephew. What can I say, we have the words 'soft touch' and paw prints written on our foreheads and our hearts."
