"I came here for the first time today and was really impressed by how well they handled my dog (she is a meat trade rescue and extremely fearful of people.) They were very patient and gentle with her, they read her body language and didn't get offended when she wouldn't take treats. It's embarrassing sometimes to have a dog that is difficult to work with, but they were kind and understanding and not judgmental at all. At previous vets I've been to, they just brought in extra people to forcibly hold down my dog and make her more terrified, but the vets here were so amazing with her and placed a towel over her head to calm her down, which was brilliant and very helpful, and made my dog more calm and comfortable than I've ever seen her in a vets office! I was given an estimate for the total bill before they did anything, which was greatly appreciated. When I told them it was more than I could afford in one visit, they adjusted it for me so I could come back later for the rest of the shots my dog needed. Everyone who worked there was very nice and accomodating from start to finish and made both me and my dog feel comfortable with their care. I'm really pleased with this vet and grateful for how they treated my dog."
