"We bought a total of 3 pieces of leather furniture from here. Initially the service was great, no complaints but then we had a problem with the sofa. The cushioning on the bottom (seat) started to break down. We had purchased the extended warranty so we thought no problem. The repair guy was sent out to see if it met their criteria for warranty, which it did. So he ordered the foam. Company sent wrong piece so try again. By this time 6 months had passed. Second one fits but now the back of the same seat is failing. Repair guy said he would order a new back foam. Ok.Months go by with no contact so I emailed him. No response. Month later I try again. Still no response. That was September. Still nothing. Total time now spent is about 2 years. Store is aware and I have only received one email from them through this whole ordeal. Think twice before buying from them!!!"

Walked in today to purchase a leather sofa and got a floor model Natuzzi loveseat and sofa less than most quality leather sofas are priced in chain stores, that is if you can find quality leather. While it required a bit of compromise on my part for seat depth and arm style to get the price, I will have it in a week, no waiting months for something to sit on. Naz is willing to work with customers to make them happy. Waiting on delivery and hoping it will be streamlined...and I will love it in my home."
