"I WAS SHOPPING FOR A SERVICE TO REMOVE MY 20 YEAR OLD OIL BURNER AND INSTALL PROPANE. SALES REP MIKE KANE CAME TO THE HOME AND EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE IN PROPANE FURNACES. WE DECIDED TO GO WITH A 96 PERCENT EFFICIENT FURNACE THAT WOULD NOT REQUIRE USING MY OLD CHIMNEY. WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND MOVED AHEAD WITH THE JOB. THE 2 TECHS THAT WERE SENT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD. THE JOB TOOK 2 DAYS BECAUSE OF THE REMOVAL. THE WORK WAS NEATLY DONE AND THEY SHOWED ME HOW THEY TIED THE FURNACE INTO MY OLD DUCT WORK. "YES" I WOULD DEFINATELY SUGGEST CALLING THEM BEFORE SETTLING ON THE COMPETITION. TELL THEM TONY FROM FARNHAM SUGGESTED CALLING THEM. SINCE THEN, MIKE AND I HAVE BECOME FRIENDS AND I CALL HIM OFTEN ON UNRELATED HEATING ITEMS."
