"This place is not good. You are paying casual restaurant prices for mediocre fast food. Two adult meals and a kids meal for over 50 dollars. Also, unlike fast food, it's not fast service. Fries are dry and not salted. Burgers are tiny and very well done. Rolls are stale, toppings taste store bought. Boneless wings are very dry. Only two kids seats, both broken in different ways. Restaurant is just generally dirty. Ketchup dispenser is broken."

"First, I’m not really a fast food burger guy, but I was doing some Christmas shopping @ the Cherry Hill Mall. I was getting kind of hungry and so decided to try Fatburger for the 1st time. It seems this is supposed to be a somewhat high-priced gourmet burger shop, but I’m not so sure of the gourmet attribute, but the price attribute is correct. For $18.xx I got an original Fatburger with cheese and medium fat fries (fat being the width of the fries, but you can get skinny fries too). I got the ‘works’ on the burger, but it seemed a bit too heavy on pickle & relish- probably should have had just one of those, unless you’re really into pickles. You can also customize the burger with additional extra-cost toppings or add more meat on the bun. The burger was a little more greasy than I would like, but even with the extra grease it did not taste spectacular or gourmet-like. The fries weren’t too bad, tho they did have a weird taste (must be the oil they use). I wanted unsweetened iced tea, which they had, but it was the horrible Brisk brand of tea (tastes like it’s made from powder and has an artificial aftertaste). It was lunch time and the place was empty. It probably should have been my 1st clue. I should have gone to Seasons 52 for a great burger & salad. And they’re right across the walkway from each other @ the mall. Yeah, I would have paid a little more, it it would be a much better burger and with a green salad on the side (and a better atmosphere and more comfortable seating). I predict this burger joint will be gone within 12-18 months. *** Update *** This place isn’t as clean as I thought it was, initially. Smeary glad, cracks in floor, dirt around the columns, and just pick up the toilet seat in the men’s room (or better yet, don’t!!!)"
