They had an electrical problem, service, and parts were supplied and after several invoices and statements were ignored, in person collection was attempted. The manager hid in the back and had an emoloyee lie and threaten to call police. After they stole from this man. Despicable scum who burn small business. Do not eat here!!"

"My 1st time here at this BurgerFi because I usually go to 12th and Arch BurgerFi. Service and food 5 stars 1st trip but my 2nd trip here service 5 stars food 1 star fries burned up and the cheeseburger wasn't as good as my 1st visit here. I would of brought it up to the manager but he was having a bad day having to do everything alone he was the cook and cashier. My third trip I want the same great food I had on my 1st visit."

"The burger was great as well as the service. Located in the Jackson Square shopping area underground across from the SEPTA station. First time here. Had their Rodeo Burger, it had a lot of flavor as well as the fries. If you're hungry for a burger this is the place to go. Each burger is made as soon as you order it so it takes a little longer especially if there is a line but it's worth it."
