"Went there with a synthetic fur coat. And the woman was extremely put out. She asked me what kind of coat it was. I told her I had no idea. She said this says it needs to be dry cleaned. I responded with "that's why I'm at the dry cleaner." She said, "Its going to be 49.60 for one piece." I didn't bat an eye. It's a 450 dollar coat and i needed it cleaned. I agreed. Then she said, "We don't guarantee nothing. " And that's where they lost me. I called Lord Baltimore in Glydon. I paid $22.50 and they guaranteed their work. My suggestion is go to a dry cleaner that knows how to dry clean."

"This family-owned operation knows what they are doing. I stopped in the other day to get a black suit tailored and hemmed — pants and sleeves of the suit jacket. The owner is very professional and you could tell she has an eye for this from decades of experience. As I was changing into the suit to be measured, I overheard another couple (customers) waiting to pick up their clothes. The wife thanked the owner, saying the clothes she dropped before had been hemmed to “a perfect fit” — even more validation of this Dry Cleaner’s quality of work. I had brought my suit pants and sleeves pre-pinned by my mother-in-law eye’ing it at home. The owner was able to see the pinning job and recommend some changes to the length which did make the outfit look better — especially the pants. I had rushed this request, 48-hour turnaround, and found out later that night that the memorial service would be taking place hours earlier than the pick up time that I had asked for. The owner did everything they could to try to ensure the tailoring work would be completed for an earlier pick up, though the suit wouldn’t be able to be pressed (due to being short on time), but that is not the fault of the dry cleaners at all. Also, many dry cleaner operations will outsource the tailoring so the times/schedule are not entirely up to them. This should be understood by any customer walking into a dry cleaners, so that reasonable expectations can be made and met. Nevertheless, I am impressed by the flexibility of the owner to try to meet my needs, and I will continue to bring my clothes to them. Note: I did have a blue suit tailored by this cleaner years ago—without a tight timeline—and the experience and finished product was perfect. I recommend this business to anyone in the area who needs dry cleaning or tailoring."

"Got my my peacoat cleaned and the buttons re-sewed for $35. The coat is still covered in animal hair and the buttons, while more secure than they were before, are still loose and floppy. I'm going to have to bring the coat to a tailor to get it done properly. Kind of disappointing."

"My Wife and I recently moved to Eldersburg and needed to find a dry cleaner. Pulling up google, we found plenty of dry cleaners in the area but none with reviews. We decided to try Enchanted Dry Cleaners and were ecstatic with our experience. Enchanted Dry Cleaners is a very clean store with extremely friendly staff. Not only do they do dry cleaning and pressing but they also do tailoring. In addition, they will iron your clothes by hand if you desire. When we walked into the store, we were greeted by Mr. Young at the front. Mr. Young inspected all of the buttons on my dress shirts and separated them into two different piles. Mr. Young explained to me that one pile had the shirts with the buttons they didn't carry in stock, in case a button broke in the press, and that they could be ironed by hand if I desired. The other pile had shirts with buttons that they could replace in case a button broke in their normal press. I felt that it was amazing that if a button broke in their press that they would replace the button automatically and for no charge. My wife brought in two skirts that she needed shortened. These skirts also had a zipper running down the side all the way to the bottom. The tailor had my wife put the skirts on, one by one, and took measurements. Not only was the tailor able to shorten the skirts but the job that the tailor did shortening the zipper to match the new length of the skirt was magnificent. When I picked my shirts up, I looked over each shirt and I was amazed. The shirts were pressed flawlessly. There was not one stray wrinkle that you generally get from most dry cleaners. I highly recommend Enchanted Dry Cleaners."
