"Took my dog in for a shot. Appointment was at 3:00. They took him back and gave him the shot and was done within 3 minutes. They charged me $80 for the shot and another $80 for an office visit and exam. How much of an exam could they had done in 3 minutes to charge $80. If you are going to screw your customers over with that cost at least take some time so we feel you did something to earn the charge."

"We shifted to Banfield White Marsh when the one closest to us sort of fell apart during the pandemic. We intended to switch back, but the quality of care at White Marsh kept us there. Two weeks ago, we had to put our 15 year old beagle Lilly to sleep. For a few weeks before, she had been back and forth to Banfield, for check ups, for x rays, sent to a specialist, and the kindness and concern did so much to make a horrible experience bearable. The voice on the phone was always sympathetic, our needs were quickly attended to, the doctor followed up with a phone call, and everything that could be done was done. The loss is awful, but it would have been 100 times worse without Banfield White Marsh."
