"Ugh, this place is awful. I placed an order almost a month ago, but they sent the wrong nail tips. I immediately emailed them asking how to fix this and it took them over a week an two emails to hear back from them. They asked me to send back the wrong items so I spent nearly $15 to do that. The items were delivered to them a week ago so I sent a follow-up email asking for an update. I've yet to hear anything back. I am going to have to file a PayPal dispute now and who knows if I'll ever get my money back."
