"Atmosphere looks dead, and the guy with the glasses was a bit rude to me bc I asked him to put a little more chicken on my burrito. He got snappy and picked up a whole spoonful and was like “I’m gonna have to charge you.” But I didn’t ask for a whole serving, I just wanted my serving to look like an actual portion, and he wasn’t that gracious with the spoon initially, but could demonstrate a full spoonbill when showing me what paying extra looked like. And I was very calm and polite and he dismissed my points. But I used my rewards to get a free entree bc if I had to pay for that I probably wouldn’t have bought it. This guy needs training in customer service."
"We went here for a quick meal. We both got create your own bowls (regular and mini). The staff that works here was so helpful and friendly. We were able to eat and talk to each other which is very rare now a days when dining in at restaurants. I went to the bathroom during out visit and the bathroom was clean. We definitely will be back and I would recommend this Qdoba to friends and family."
