"Genuine authentic Mexican food. I fell in love immediately with Taqueria La Hacienda. It's definitely a hidden gem for authentic food. Ms. Maria took it upon herself to personally make the atmosphere feel very welcoming and hospitable. In regards to the food, this is genuine mexican food, the sazon is everything to live for. Everything we ordered melted in our mouths. They brought out fresh made "chile de molcajete," which is a hand grinded spicy topping. Fresh hand-made tortillas were also part of my barbacoa meal as well. We also ordered tacos, and they did not stay back. The tacos were also served with handmade tortillas instead of the regular prepackaged tortillas. I simply can't say enough. If you've made it this far, just know you're in for a treat coming to this restaurant. I recommend to everyone, their is somethingfor all ages! I would like to come back here again and again to try some more dishes of theirs."

"I keep going back for the food absolutely delicious and authentic. I lived in California for 20+ years, so familiar with the authenticity of the food. However, down to the owner the other folks that work there. Rude and a few of them seem somewhat bothered. Not sure if I’m reading into this wrong. However, I will never reveal my cards to them only because I want my food lol."

"A Mexican, Born and raised in SoCal, since I moved here I’ve been trying many different Mexican Restaurants. This one has great food. Homemade corn tortillas. A bit pricey for the location and atmosphere. It did take awhile. We had to park around the block and walk. I read other reviews on Customer Service, I’ll say that sometimes with a language barrier in Mexican Restaurants the servers may appear rude yet aren’t trying to be. She did check in three times. Overall food was worth it. I’d probably call in and do take out next time. Tamales are small yet very flavorful! 3 for the location the food a 4."

"Awesome place for an authentic and homey Mexican food. We had tacos, a burrito, quesadilla and fried fish. They were all sublimely tasty. The server didn't speak much English and was very friendly. We will definitely go back another time."
