"Got a bed set with a light up headboard and there is no light . It didnt even come with that little plug . Also the way they harass people in their home is absolutely ridiculous and the attitude is outrageous"

"When I ordered a bedroom set online, I ordered a bedroom set that included a mattress. When they delivered my furniture they delivered the bedroom set with no mattress. So one of the delivery guys called the store manager he said he would handle it & have my mattress delivered the same day. His version of handling the situation was making me pay for the mattress separately which I didn’t want to do but I just accepted it because I needed a bed to sleep on. The mattress is paid off now but that was a terrible was to handle business in my opinion. I wouldn’t recommend this Rent a center to anyone!"

"When you have a death in your family and your daughter is under going heart surgery at 8 years old they don't care! They just want their money or product. It's all about the money. I hope none of them ever have to go thru what I am because I will be just as uncompassionate as they are!!!!"

"Only reason i put a star is because you have to in order to leave feed back. The people that work there are rude. One guy makes threats if you donr pay on time. And they call the morning the payment is do. There stuff is junk. It falls apart and the sound dont work on the tv's."
