"The entire Skylos team, from the front reception to the techs to the vet, is absolutely phenomenal throughout a difficult and emotional tplo process. They were kind, supportive, always available, warm, funny, and did a wonderful job at making the intimidating situation feel less daunting. They did a wonderful job at explaining every single step, leaving space for and encouraging questions, and following up throughout every step. They welcome "after-hours" communication and really go out of their way to show how much they care for your pet and understand your concerns. I have zero doubts that my dog was in the very best hands."

"These people care about your pet. It is an emotional time when your puppy is hurt or needs help. Our dog tore ligaments in her knee. As a large rottweiler who doesn't like being touched, you can imagine this situation was not something anyone was looking forward to. The doctor allowed us to bring in the trainer that works with our dog to help get her asleep for the surgery and they were flexible as we got her comfortable and put under for the procedure. They stayed in contact with us through the entire day and helped us get her safely in the truck to get home the same day; Which was another flexible option for animals who don't do well away from their owners. We have had a great experience and can't wait for our girl to be out playing on her fixed leg soon."

"Dr. Sean Kennedy was able to complete an SDFT on my 10 year old greyhound at Skylos. I had tried everything short of a wedge procedure my vet suggested. She was not familiar with the SDFT. Dr Kennedy was kind and thorough with his exam of Olive and took into consideration all risks associated with her age. The staff was great with keeping me informed and I knew exactly what to expect. No surprises including medical/surgical costs. Their transparency was appreciated. Olive is on the mend now and I can't wait to see how her quality of life has improved. It is only 1 day post op and she is already walking better!"
