"Took almost an hour for a 12 piece chicken, one kid take orders one suppose to make the order, not even well trained. Doesn’t know what they doing, not blaming the kids employee at all, I’m blaming manager didn’t trained them well enough to be ok the floor. Never again. Had a large sides only fill up not even half way, and didn’t even give me the other side that I ask for. Everyone was running back and forth but not doing the job. You might get served on time if there’s one in the place."
"I ordered a box of 16 pieces i was short 4 pieces. I called and the manager stated he had personal had packed my order and it was complete. Unbelievable you shorten my order when i paid in full… people we will have to count our box of chicken when we buy from this place!!! Plus the place was dirty !!!"
