"Apparently they close for half an hour from 1:30 to 2pm. I showed up at 1:55 and was gruffly informed that they open at 2. Once they "resumed" their operations, only a single cashier was available for the line that had formed even though 2 were present. The cashier looked like she hated her job and it was quite a cold, utterly devoid of decent customer service experience. As someone who works in a retail position, I provide a baseline level of customer service that is polite and semi-engaging even though I am not a people person. Everyone looked fairly miserable. This is my 2nd time using this pharmacy but it will be my last. It's odd to me that Wal-mart is a better experience but that is the case."
