"I don't eat McDonald's, but my daughter and nieces love it. When I pulled in, there was 1 car in one lane sitting, and I pulled up to the other. After sitting for a few minutes, I asked if it was working and was told, "Yes, give me a minute, please!" The screen kept flashing on and off with what I assumed was the person in the other lanes's order and I continued to wait. After about 10 mins I was able to place my order. After getting to the window to pay my niece asked about a drink and I was able to add that on. At the next window for pickup they were so confused. Eventually they gave us our food and drinks( fries were old and recooked) and they hadn't given the sauce requested for the nugget happy meals. They gave no sauce in their meals at all."
