"A torrid and panick filled tale. They didn't finish my fiance's wedding dress, hadn't even started, said come back tomorrow, fine unfortunate but no big deal. We come back the next day they cant find the wedding dress and have to check security cameras after 30 plus minutes they find it. The dress is still not cleaned, come back later today... we did eventually get the wedding dress clean for a "discount" of a crsip $10 bill. We spent more in gas/time going between the venue, house, and cleaners not to mention the stress of losing a wedding dress and not having it done on time is worth way more than that. I wouldn't trust these people with anything of value."
