"I really hate to post negative reviews, especially for small local businesses, but I’m really disappointed by this cleaners. I’ve been going here for just over year because of their convenient location. My clothes were usually fine, but I could always tell the fabrics were becoming more faded and worn. I understand this happens because of the chemicals used, but I’ve never used a cleansers where my clothes deteriorated at this rate. This past week I picked up one my favorite silk blouses and both sleeves had completely frayed at the hem. To be clear, when I dropped it off the week prior, the sleeves had no signs of wear. I had read previous reviews of the owners denying any responsibility, and it was the same in my case. After speaking with both owners, the begrudgingly offered to refund me the cost of the cleaning, $7, but would not consider any additional compensation (this was a very high-quality and expensive Rebecca Taylor blouse). It’s really disappointing because it’s clear to me now that they don’t handle garments with as much care as they should, and/or they don’t follow the label’s instructions, and they really don’t care about retaining customers. I’ll be looking to take care of my garments at home with Laundress products until I can find a more careful and reputable cleaners."

"We took in a kids suit to be cleaned. They CRUSHED all of the brass buttons and the stain is still there. When confronted they shrugged it off and told us it was our problem. VERY poor customer service. Only take your clothes here if you want them ruined."

"Took slip covers to these cleaners to "clean" and get out ink because Traditions told us this was the only way to get out ink from this type of material. They charged us $28 and they didn't even lighten the ink let alone look like they cleaned them. They look EXACTLY like our other covers (we have two couches in the same slip covers). They didn't have the professionalism to call and tell us let alone tell my husband anything when he picked them up. So he thought they had gotten it out. When he got them home I looked at them and it looks like all they did was fold them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Customer service has gone out the window now a days."
