"Food is always great at Chick-Fil-A, but this spot is awesome with their customer service. There’s an employee by the name of Doris that made our evening special, she overheard my daughter ask her mom for a balloon, a while later Doris came and brought one for my daughter and my son. Shortly after, she brought more balloons for the other children that were playing in the play area. That small gesture changed our night, after having a bad experience in a different establishment earlier in the day. Doris is the type of employee that cares, and Chick-Fil-A should recognize her as the valuable employee that she is."
"Caleb is Rude and at pickup. He also made me really feel like he was treating me racist. I was in his line before this Caucasian guy, however he put the Caucasian guy in front of me. I don’t trust Chic Fila after this experience."
