The Cheesecake Factory

"Used to love The Cheesecake Factory for their Nachos and Strawberry Cheesecake until I found hair in my Nachos. Sick to my stomach! Cheesecake had an old weird taste. The manager refunded my money and offered another order but I can't eat here again after someone's hair was in my mouth. Certainly wasn't mine because my hair is much shorter and was braided. They've lost my trust. Folks in the kitchen should wear gloves, clean clothing, and hairnets."

"We were not able to make reservation online so I called the restaurant and I spoke to someone and she said that we're not taking reservation however if you walk in you will be waiting about 40 to 45 minutes so we went and checked in at the front counter and the lady said the wait is 45 minutes she also said she'll put our name down and will send us a text message when the table comes available so about 45 minutes I went to a different store to kill my time and then I got back to the restaurant and I said I didn't get the text so she said I am next in line I waited close to 30 minutes and then a different customer service person came to their desk I asked her and she said we have two people in front of us so basically the other representative gave us false information Food review: we order avocado rolls for appetizers and they were delicious however we order the entree Evelyn's pasta and it was not cooked properly it was undercooked and it was cold and they only put few vegetables So our server who was very nice she said that she will let the manager know and someone will come talk to us so it took about 15 minutes for the manager to come show up on the table he was very nice he said that he will remake the pasta with more vegetables after that another server brought the pasta to the table and said here you go but she did not apologize or anything I think she was the chef who made the previous pasta, so we ate the pasta and then told her to bring the bill and left the restaurant I don't think I will go back again because I wasn't treated fairly I had to wait a lot and I didn't like the attitude from the front desk counter person and the chef which I guess who came with the new pasta.. I will upload the photos of the food. I do not recommend for vegetarians!"

"sad experience.. the food was really decent and the only good thing were the drinks, red velvet cheesecake out of all of the cheesecakes, & chicken. also,don’t know if this was a kitchen rush or something, but i had my waiter changed 3 TIMES?? anyway, this location doesn’t have the famous salmon (as we were informed by the waiter, or waiter #2 to be more specific), and everything was pretty sad. mediocre overpriced food surrounded by a bustling restaurant with music you can hardly hear, flies buzzing EVERYWHERE & completely ruining the dining experience, & the happy birthday cheesecake where they didn’t even sing for my mom’s birthday. eh, the tea was kinda good and had a good variety, but still 2 stars because i’m just genuinely disappointed that they didn’t have salmon & had trashy cheesecake despite thats what they’re famous for."
