"Extremely rude front desk staff. I was penalized for coming in 10 minutes late to the appointment to a point where they said they wouldn’t accommodate. Furthermore, while making an appointment, the front desk didn’t explain if balayage would be a different appointment than color maintenance. Very unprofessional staff. So disappointed. Never going back again."
