"My dog came in for an ear infection. As a first time client, every staff is super nice and welcoming. Dr. Petro took care of my dog and gave me advice on how to prevent it. She even listened to any worries I had. They called the next day to see if my dog was okay, which I appreciated. His ear got better within 3 days! I may consider having my pets move to her care in the future"

I haven't been with 1 of the vets, but the rest are amazing. Practical and realistic. A little expensive but comparable to other places. I think prices have just increased everywhere."

"I was pleasantly surprised to be able to make a Sunday appointment for our Siberian husky who needed to be seen promptly. As a first-time client I was very impressed with NVA. The receptionist who made the appointment was pleasant and professional, as was the receptionist at the front desk when I checked in/out. The seating area and fish tank are nice, though we were immediately placed in a private room. Lloyd, the vet tech was kind and I loved his interaction with my dog. Dr. Gulani was very thorough and had a nice bedside manner. I also used the restroom and was shocked at how clean it was. The website is also very informative. I received 10/10 service. Follow up care has been excellent."
