McDonald's

"Worst McDonald's in the Northeast. This place is a disgrace. Customer service is nonexistent. Always long waits. Menu items and condiments are often unavailable. I order nuggets, pay, and wait, and wait and wait- I received my order but without sweet& sour sauce. WTH- no one even told me. Cold nuggets with zero sauce!? The time it took me to wait for something I didn't want- I could have gone elsewhere. Employees hide from customers. Dining room is dirty. There are no available napkins, straws, ketchup. Even if an employee is standing right there, they will not help you. They redirect you to the automated kiosks every time,which are glitchy. Screen freezes, error messages, inaccurate menu - not exactly thrilled about swiping my card in a computer that can't even keep track of available menu items. But that is the only choice here. Hang out for Juvenile delinquents."

"If I could give no stars, I would. I know better than to come here from my past experience. I ordered lrg fry. They didn’t fill the container. My burger had a drop of mustard. I ordered apple pies, they gave me cherry or idk. They give you what they want. They must work for food and not wages! That’s how they act. They need to make people orders right. Walk-in areas are always closed too! I will not be back to this one or Cottman ave. Both lack everything!"

"This McDonald's has gotten better a bit over time. The food is fresher and rarely served cold or stale however the customer service is terrible. Most times the workers avoid the counter and try their hardest to avoid eye contact. They just say go to the machine. The food often takes far to long to get done also. In the lobby you will most likely see people hanging out that's not really there to eat."

"The food quality varies from time to time. Do not rely on their service. That is just unpredictable. Even Ubereats and DoorDash employees suffer at the hands of negligence in this establishment. The atmosphere has always been lackluster. Sometimes, it is even disruptive. Avoid this place when the nearby school is released. Overall, I'd give this specific McDonald's one star out of five. Edit: They got one of my orders wrong and gave me what they wanted. Avoid after the lobby closes at 10 pm or triple check your food in the drive-thru. The entire point of a fast food restaurant is convenience. This McDonald's has absolutely no redeeming qualities to speak of. And that's saying a lot, seeing as there are 40,275 locations in the world."

"I had brought two fish sandwich and two mcchicken the overall rate is 1 out of 5 rate that I will give.. the sandwiches is so dry.. and it wasn’t even enough sauces on the sandwiches I probably wouldn’t come back to this McDonald store…"
