"I made an appointment to get a flu shot. Arrived on time , checked in online, waiting 30 minutes and was never seen. I could be more understanding if they were backed up with other people who were getting vaccines but they were busy in the pharmacy. I inquired several times about when they would have someone give the shot and that I had an appointment and had to get back to work with no luck. It was a waste of time and a lunch break!"
