IHOP

"We went to IHOP at 1320 Walnut St, Philadelphia today morning. Once we got the table, one staff came and took our beverage order. As I planned to order breakfast sampler, I ordered orange juice for me and a coffee for my wife and hot chocolate for my 5 year old kid. Then we tried to place our main order. The person who took beverage order said someone else will take our main order. We keep asking other staffs and they told someone else will take our order. After 40 mins had passed and after repeated request to take our main order, we decided to leave the restaurant paying the beverage bill as my 5 year old son was hungry and nobody has yet taken our main order. At that time, one staff came to our table and told casually sorry that he was late in taking the order and gave us the bill for our beverage. We paid the bill for our beverages in full including the orange juice which was left there as it is without any main dish. Needless to say, it is a very bad experience. Have been a customer for iHOP at several other locations in different states in USA. Never had a bad experience with iHOP before."

"Floors are really sticky and bathroom wasn't clean even though it was 10am. It looks like the bathroom wasn't cleaned overnight and the piss and toilet paper everywhere was from the night before. I thought the waiter we had was good and charming although when we paid and left a $20 tip his interaction was weird like he was too uninterested and bored to even look over and acknowledge when we said thank you to him. It was weird. Milkshakes tasted weird. But burger was regular and acceptable. I do think the cleanliness needs to be a whole lot better."

"Went there after the Philly marathon and it was all we were hoping to get after the run. The food took a bit of time to get there but it was great! The hash-browns were so so good!"

"The place was almost empty and there were no employees to be seen besides one or 2 servers. The food took 45 mins to get out. But it was good overall. Our server was nice and helpful though so thats good!"
