"Careless Care Today one of our dogs was brought home bleeding all over the floor after a nail clipping at Spring Grove Animal Hospital. This is not the first time this has happened there. How does a pet care professional keep doing this? The refused to refund for the nail clipping which would have been the least they could have done. They offered to stop the bleeding if we brought her back. Completely unapologetic and unacceptable care. This will be the last time they get the opportunity to harm our pets. Beware of whomever is butchering if you take your pet here."

"Took my dog here because everywhere else I took him they couldn’t seem to figure out what was wrong with him. The vet came in looked at him and told me what was wrong. The vets are fantastic and they truly care about the animals. I have 4 large dogs and no one wanted to put a muzzle on anyone of them. I love this office and the dogs love everyone too!"

"We took the family cat to be put down, which, as you can imagine is a very sad time. We are in the room crying, and the Vet comes in cracking jokes and trying to make us laugh. It's an awkward situation, I can only imagine it from his perspective. The main doctor is aged and must be losing his site and hearing, as it took him 3 attempts to actually put in the shot to end our poor cat's life. After that, he gave a false death when he was still clearly breathing. He took our cat out of the room, and when he brought him back, the cat was dead. All we wanted was to be with him in his last moments, not to be separated. Don't bring your animals here please."
