"I was given an appointment and I was not told it was an “urgent care” time slot and I was charged $75. When I told them that I was never informed of this charge, as I would have chosen a different time, and.. it wasn’t an urgent appointment they would not refund me the fee. Totally not taking any responsibility for the fact that the person who scheduled my appointment neglected to let me know it was an urgent care time slot. This is not the entire story but it was my last visit."

"I will give them a one star because I have to but they are working with a precious baby's and tell us one thing then when you go there it's another.As someone said before it is all about the money to them. They act like people don't work went up for a flea and tick pill that they said all I would have to do is go up this month and tell them her weight she could get the pill when I got there they said had to put the order in and it would take 72hrs to get it. Told me last time I was there that it's best to get my puppy spayed before she started her periods never sent me the price to do it. That's ok I will be taken my pet to another vet that knows what there talking about and let all my friends and family not to go here."
