Grilled Salmon Stand 2

"I ordered the salmon cheesesteak, it was OK. The salmon was cooked well and flaky… but it was wayyyyy too much chipotle mayo on it like almost drowning in chipotle mayo. Overall I will go back to try it again maybe for lunch and see if it’s difference"

"I tried to place a order and the sysytem stated NOT TAKING ORDERS AT THIS TIME. Try Tomorrow...ok I'm thinking because it's close LUNCH TIME.. So I called and the phone rang until you were sent to voice machine.. WOW!!WOW!! Was very, very intrigued but this is a HUGE Turn Off.."

"I was leaving the bike shop and saw this place, which is located at 6667 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19119. The counter person said that this is the second place and the truck is on Broad Street. It was clean & everyone had on gloves, hair, and beard covers. Parking: street. It's very busy, so pack patience. Atmosphere: open and clean Service: The counter woman had a poker face as well as the cook. However, she greeted me a good evening. It would be nice to be greeted with a smile. Food: 1. Ordered the salmon roll. They have, I believe, three dipping sauces you can choose from. I chose Chipotle mayo. Another sauce was sweet chili. It was ok. By the time I went to eat the lobster rolls, they were soggy. I would like to see containers with holes to vent so that fried food doesn't get soggy. 2. Cheese fries with old bay seasoning were ok. The cheese sauce was cold. I think it should be kept warm, so once it's put on the fries, they won't drop the temperature. The total for the above was $20. The lobster roll was $12, so the fries were about $ I didn't have much. Overall, there wasn't an instant connection, but I'm willing to give them another try and choose something different."

"I had a door dash delivery today the order was to be picked up by 7:34 pm and my order wasnt ready until 8:04 pm. I entered the store and wasn't greeted with a friendly face. The lady doing the orders was very unhappy, had a very miserable attitude and demeanor. She also was scratching her hair and handling the orders without gloves. Very unsanitary. I told her the order name and she said it would be 5 minutes fine, 15 minutes went by and the order wasn't even started. After 15 minutes I had to ask if the order was ready the cook's assistant could see I was frustrated and said to me 5 more minutes and apologized. I respect him for saying sorry because the cashier couldnt care less. Other patrons came in to order right then and there and their order was ready before all of the door dash orders. There were about 4 waiting at the same time and all were waiting long. I believe the cashier kept on mixing up the orders. You can't run a good business with bad help. Please train the cashier to smile and have a better attitude when greeting customers. We make our money by completely orders and tips if we have to wait 30 minutes for a 5.00 tip order we would never been able to make money. I read the cooks accomplishments on creating his salmon stand but it seems to me he has no good help. Everyone was standing around watching him cook instead of helping. I understand to wait for the food since it's made to order but don't keep telling customers 5 minutes but in reality it will be 30 minutes or more. Please train your employees accordingly especially on customer service and sanitary issues. Bad help will bring you bad business."

"I ordered on grubhub, it said ready for pick up and the food wasn't. Okay, I understand that there's not enough staff and orders are backed up. Got my food and went home. Open my food up, instead of getting salmon feta eggroll I got steak egg rolls with fries. The Salmon cheesesteak was not flavorful and it tasted bland. I will give them 3 stars instead of 2."
