"it is not Soul cuisine anymore the current store is HubSpot Pizzeria and Grill. I did order a cheeseburger, French fries and a cheese pizza the taste was phenomenal. the dough was not soggy, and the cheese was not separated from the dough. Perfect."

"Lazy Lazy Lazy. No Masks. Said I was here to pick up a delivery and the girl scoffed like I was interrupting her phone time. Asked me to cancel it for some reason unknown. She said it wasn’t ready (not even started). I asked if it could be ready. She said I guess so. A guy came in and they went to the back and were arguing. Apparently someone accepted it and left without saying anything to her about it. She then told me it was going to be an hour or so. There were no other orders to make."

"Food is amazing . Service is incredibly slow. I have ordered well in advance several times, told that the food would be ready at a particular time , just to get there and the food isn’t ready (had to wait an additional 35 minutes after I arrived ). It would be better if they are honest and transparent / respect the time of their customers and say the food won’t be ready anytime soon or say they are not taking orders over the phone (could be they are waiting until the customer gets there to start the order in fear that someone will not come for their phone order ??).To add insult to injury , the last time this happened to me they forgot to add the Mac and cheese that I ordered as one of my sides in my platter . Highly disappointed after a looong wait . Shouldn’t have to wait long in a restaurant with other customers in the midst of a pandemic. Im all for supporting black business, but their business practices are turn offs ."
