Lennies Hoagies

"It's been nearly 5 years since I've been back to Philly. We had a catering order of hoagies that we ate for nearly every meal over several days. They were good! Later that week, I tried the pizza cheesesteak. Wow, it was authentic and legit awesome!! I can't wait to get back to Philly for another one."

For the past 2 years we've used Lennie's to cater for our holiday party and both years everything has been absolutely delicious and incredibly affordable. "I ordered 2 hoagies from Lennies. I got home and saw both hoagies were made incorrectly. I called the store to let them know that the order was made incorrectly. When I went to pick my order up I waited for 15 minutes while they held sidebar conversation with someone who didn’t even place an order. I called the store the owner pick up the phone and I proceeded to tell him my order was prepared incorrectly. He in turn asked me where I worked and I asked what that had to do with my order. He insisted to know where I work. I saw that we were not gonna get pass this part of the conversation so I told him I worked at a hospital. He then stated yea well my dad went into memorial for a chest xray and they told him it was clear come yo find out my dad has cancer. I was baffled. One because I don’t work at memorial two I didn’t do his xray and three this has nothing to do with my order being made incorrectly. When I asked if I could bring my hoagies back for a refund he said you people are all the same always looking for something free. I paid for my food and I paid for exactly what I wanted this further let’s me know this man was racist and should not work in the customer service industry. Your job is to satisfy your customers so that they can come back for more. The worse place I have ever spent $25 and I will never return to Lennies again."

"Lennie’s is a specialty hoagie restaurant in the Philadelphia (Manayunk) area. I had the sandwiches delivered so I can’t speak to the parking or accessibility of the store. The sandwiches were great with soft bread, good portions, fresh ingredients, and reasonable pricing. I enjoyed my order and would order again."
