"I used Miguel's cleaning service for my building for about a year. When he said he was raising the price, giving me only a couple days' notice, I had to find a different cleaning service. I did not want to pay him until he returned the key fob for access to my building. Unfortunately, he deliberately misled me by giving me a different fob that looked like the one I gave him. He did this on purpose. I would not recommend his service because if he would cheat me on this small matter, it says something about his honesty and integrity, which is that he would cheat on other, bigger things as well. For shame!"
"I was very reluctant to get service from them as I could not find reviews. But I am happy I did. It's the owner's wife who comes with one more lady to do the job and I guess because of the personal interest in the business they do an exceptional job."
