What this means is that CPR is going to submit a bill 30% higher than the insurance company estimate and then threaten to place a lien on the property if the customer doesn't pay the difference. All other contractors worked within the insurance company estimate so it wasn't my insurance company being cheap. I'll go elsewhere if I need these services in the future."
