"I can’t say enough good things about this ER. Dr. Caleb-Kerns took great care of our cat Frank and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Pet ER is a tough job and I feel very grateful that there are providers like Dr. Caleb-Kerns who are doing this work."
"My cat was brought back right away and had multiple people helping. Dr Sarah Miller was excellent and thoroughly explained everything and answered all questions. After my cat was admitted I was given updates throughout the day and able to visit anytime I wanted to. Very happy with my experience and would definitely use again and recommend to others. All team members were wonderful. Thank you for helping my furbaby!"
"Took me a while to get to the point where I could write this review. Had to bring my 8 year old mix this fall. Unexpectedly, the vet informed me that he had a tumor on his spleen which ruptured. Went from a band-aid appointment to having to euthanize my best friend. All this to say that the team here showed more empathy than I've ever encountered with my pets throughout life. Options were presented plainly, with outcomes clearly defined. They were incredibly compassionate throughout the process. They allowed me to lay in a waiting room with my dog until the sun went down (we arrived in the morning). They gave him (what seemed like) a very tasty last meal, and gave me and my family ample opportunity to say goodbye. About a month ago, the team sent me a card that the team had signed, with warm words about how he is at peace. That was so overwhelmingly kind. I loved that dog more than many things, and the team there gave him the best way out of this life that anyone can ask for. I can guarantee that if you bring your pet here they will be cared for with skill and compassion. You will be talked to with honesty, and given grace for any hard choices if they must be made. Took this photo while we were waiting to be admitted in the parking lot. Thanks"
"I recently had to take my cat in and while they weren’t sure what was going on after numerous test, everyone there was great i know my cat was being cared for. Everyone there was patient and understanding and while i don’t know exactly what was going on with my cats health he is doing much better and was running around playing with his sister as soon as we got home. Cassian appreciates all the love he received while in your care."
"Love the staff.Very professional friendly Dr’s. Caring and taking Care of my pets every time I come. I’ve been coming for over 11 yrs. They took great care of my first french bull dog from 1 yrs old until she transitioned. The only hospital that diagnosed her with addison’s disease and took good care of her. She lived 11years with that disease. Big thanks to Dr. Frank and the pet ER whole staff for taking care of Chanel. Very Thankful❤️"
