"Leaving a 2 Star review for the customer that was given to me, the young lady was very nice, but the owner was not friendly, she never smiled not even once. The owner has been there for 20 years so clearly she's doing something right but today she seemed unpleasant. I don't like leaving unfavorable reviews but this was necessary. I was a walk in, so I didn't have an appointment. Upon arrival they asked me what services I was looking for, so I told them a Gel Polish manicure and a pedicure. It was very nice of them to take me back to the chair right away to get ready for my pedicure. Unfortunately I did not see them line the bin with a plastic bag or any sort of protection. When they scrubbed my feet with the dead skin scraper they used one skin scraper that they use for every customer. They did clean it with soap and water afterwards and put it under UV LIGHT, another customer next to me had a pedicure and not too long after they scrubbed the bottom of my foot then they scrubbed hers with the same foot scrub. Then for my pedicure nail polish process I had nail polish all over my skin and my cuticles were cut down really Bad, my toenails were also shaped unevenly and beyond the nail bed. She filed my toenails down so short that they are hurting and there was no base for the nail polish to end evenly. My gel manicure was painful, I was cut once and bled, the other fingers are just very sore. I came home and did my pedicure over myself and cleaned my feet with alcohol. I paid a total.of $80.00 and I included a $10.00 tip. I usually go to another nail salon in Plainsboro but I wasn't up that way today and I was looking for something closer to home. 1. They suggest you pay in cash 2. They don't accept American express 3. There's parking in the back of the building . 4. Not wheelchair accessible. 5.Very small place. 6. 3 pedicure chairs and 3 manicure stations. 5. A bathroom This place was very peaceful, there were no children there yelling and the music was beautiful and calm. Unfortunately I'll never go back. I'll stick to what I know. Please make an appointment before you go, it's there preference. Nice place, just not for me."

"Had a younger woman do my nails, close to the front desk, I forget her name. She was very friendly and did a great job. Everyone there seems hardworking, the facility was clean, and my nails did not chip for 3-4 weeks with a gel. $36 for a gel manicure which is more than I pay at other places but worth it because it lasts. I would recommend and go back! Only critique would be to display the polish on nails rather than having them all up on the wall to choose from. Not a huge deal and overall great experience!"
