They were able to get the water from our basement quickly and set up fans and dehumidifiers to ensure that it dried out as quickly as possible. While other water removal and rehab companies wanted a large deposit before arriving on site and couldn't commit to arriving in a timely manner, PCRRG showed up just hours after we called and got to work in the middle of the night. You never want to call a restoration company, but I am happy we called Tyrone, Monet and his staff to help us out as opposed to dealing with one of the franchises that other people in our neighborhood have used."

"Mr. Tyrone came into my home after a storm knocked out my power and therefore my sump pump. Got a few inches of water all over the basement and no power for over a day. I did not originally find RCP&RG at first. I had a different company come in to do a water removal, but they didn't (couldn't) do any other mitigation without power, they said. I had to leave town for work for a few days and when I got back... the smell of mildew permeated my home. I called RCP&RG and they were at my house within a few hours after my call. "The hot water heater in the unit above my condo blew out at 4pm on a Friday (2 days ago). It affected 6 total units, my bedroom ceiling fell in, water dripped into living room ceiling, carpets were beyond saturated. I called Serv Pro and was told I was waitlisted because of the tropical storm that wasn't even here yet, they told me they couldn't get out till Sunday or Monday (my ceiling fan was hanging a foot off the floor, electrical still attached and water dripping down it.) Luckily one of my neighbors had already called Tyrone, so when I called to beg him to do my unit too, he said "yep, we'll take care of everyone's unit, whole building if we have to. I'm bringing a whole crew." Once he got there he gave invaluable advice on how to deal with insurance, how the process works, showed me all the infrared shots of the moisture in the walls that was not otherwise easily visible. All the soaking wet carpet and ceiling drywall was out that night, and by Sunday we were already meeting with the GC they pair with who seems equally helpful and competent. Will update my review if anything goes south, but Tyrone was the hero of a lot of stunned residents in my condo building Friday. So grateful for him and his crew on a very very bad day."
