"I haven’t been to this location since it changed from being a Clean Juice which I loved. I decided to place an online order after my workout session and went inside to pick it up, only to find the counter completely vacant. I didn’t see or hear anyone, so I waited for a few minutes. I walked around to the other side and noticed an employee hanging out in the back room, leaned over on her phone. I tried to get her attention a few times but she either didn’t hear me or ignored me. Finally, I had to yell pretty loudly to get her attention and she finally came out from the back and put her phone down, saying she didn’t see me come in. How could you if you’re in the back on your phone?! I told her I had an online order and all she did was apologize but come on…. I also work in customer service and this is just not cool. If you know someone is coming in for an online order, you should be somewhat present and alert. At least be on your phone where you can see people come in. It’s not a good look at all. I should not have had to yell multiple times to get this woman’s attention so I could get my $9 smoothie. Terrible experience and I’m never gonna order from here again."
