"I've only gone twice for eyebrow threading. Both visits were pleasant and good experiences. No issues after the first visit, however, after the second visit, I noticed cuts under one of my eyebrows. I've threaded my brows many times before at other establishments and never experienced this. I will go back, let her know what happened, and see the outcome before I make a decision to keep going there or not."

"Hairstylist was good. She understands your need and gives one accordingly. The salon assistant who looks after threading and waxing should be bit more careful and patient with the types of skin she is handling. I had cuts after my eyebrows threading even after regular instructions to be careful as my skin is sensitive. Talking about waxing, she needs to bit more patient with customers and not rush to attend the next. Waxing was not thoroughly done. Especially I had my underarm skin pulled which I noticed after a day and it was painful for a week, couldn't move my arms smoothly."
