"We bought 3 twin mattresses in November and the entire process of purchasing was great. The mattresses have held up so far and are a dream to sleep on. It's been a few months so I can't remember the saleswoman's name but I believe it was Nancy. She was amazing! We visited twice to try out different mattresses and she patiently explained about the varieties and answered all our questions to great satisfaction. I wanted to make an informed purchase and not just buy the most affordable or the most expensive and that's exactly what I got. She helped us to select "the mattress that we need not the one we think we want because each person's preferences for their sleeping patterns are different". She explained to us that it is important to know how your body feels laying down on the mattress, more than what we think our preferences are about firm vs soft. It was very informative. "Shopped online extensively, and went to 2 other stores until I finally found a good quality and super comfortable mattress at Mattress Warehouse. The store is clean, neat and comfortable looking, and the sales assistants help you without hounding you. Mattress Warehouse had many choices of reputable name brand mattresses with warranties, and high customer ratings so I felt confident as I was shopping, and stayed to get more information. (I pretty much bolt if it all looks like junk)! Unfortunately I had to take an urgent call during the sales process and the store manager was so patient and kind. Just prior to that call, I gave Nancy a list of what I was hoping for. Nancy worked thoroughly demonstrating extensive product knowledge and she made recommendations that suited my situation. She pulled additional samples from the back room to add to my choice selection on the floor, and she explained the differences in each mattress. Nancy also presented a few options to help me determine the best delivery date. The entire interaction was so non-stressful; I left feeling positive and happy, and wanted to share my experience with others who want to be treated as a person instead of a credit card. I did not get my mattress yet, but look forward to adding to this post soon."
