"Yep, as good as it gets! I called EBM initially for tree cutting services. I had a quick response from Elmar, the owner. They cut down the trees that needed to be cut down and gave me a fair price. Called them back again for more trees that needed to be done. Very, very pleased again. Their clean-up was awesome also. I also had a complaint from the city that part of my yard near the sidewalk was overgrown and I was out of town. Not wanting it to wait until I got back in town, I called Elmar and his team went over right away to take care of it. Since then he has maintained my yard and has done a fabulous job. He also again helped me out in an emergency when I had paying guests staying at the house and a big hornets' nest fell from the trees near the patio. Again, Elmar was so responsive, so efficient, he took care of the problem right away and I din't have to refund the guests any $$, which they really wanted more than the removal of the hornets' nest. But it was taken care of way too quickly for them to even think of trying to get money from me. I love the service that I have gotten. They are definitely a company that cares and takes pride in what they do. I would recommend them high, high, highly!"
