"i love the way my hair comes out, always. but the reason why i’m giving 3 stars is because she has been late a few times and i’d be stuck waiting.There has been times where i had an appointment and her shop was closed, another times where i had to cancel another appointment because of time management. The last time i came in to get my hair done i had a 10 o’clock appointment, she gets started and another 2 customers come in. i had to wait for her to finish one of their heads to complete mine. i was in there for almost 4 hours for a wash and set. the work is really good, again i love the way my hair comes out. time management is poor"

"I made an appointment for my wife as a birthday gift so she can have her hair nice in her day, the appointment was for 10am. Wife arrives there 10 minutes prior and there was only one person working and she instantly sat a customer without even asking my wife about her appointment time or anything, and when my wife asked what time the other customer was booked the woman working responded with “10 am but I’ll be quick you can sit there and I’ll take you next” no that’s extremely inconsiderate and disrespectful, last time I’ll ever book an appointment there, I’m also reporting it to the BBB “better business bureau” most of these reviews with high ratings are family members of the employees there"

"Unfortunately my experience here ended before it truly began. I called to schedule an appointment for my 10 year old, for a Friday afternoon. During the call, the woman I spoke with stated I would not be able to stay with her as the shop is full at that time to which I explained I was not comfortable with that as neither I or my daughter had ever been there before. She offered me an appointment for Saturday morning instead stating it is not as busy so I would be able to stay with her. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told to sign my daughter in and leave a number where they would call when she was done. I explained to the young lady (who I believe is the daughter of the woman who booked my appointment) that I was staying and she told me I could not. The women who booked my appointment was also present and said she never told me I could stay, she said it would depend on how crowded the shop is which is untrue, as I reminded her that I told her on the phone, I would not take an appointment that I could not stay with my daughter for. She insisted that’s what she told me and said I could not stay because the shop was too crowded. There were 4 customers including my daughter there and it’s a huge shop. Communication in this shop is very poor and unprofessional. I was excited to find a Dominican salon in this area but this one certainly lost my business."

"I usually do my hair every two to three weeks and I always receive great service. This week I decided to get my four year olds hair done. This is the first time she gets her hair done at a salon. They were so patient from beginning to end. I’m happy my daughters first experience was a good one. Thank you !!!"
